Formats accepted are TIFF, JPG, AI, PDF and EPS. Please do not submit artwork by fax, and please do not send MS Word documents or .doc files. Once we have received your signed approval on the proof, allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Sorry, no rush orders on customized items. Customized items can not be returned.
